Responsibilities

  • Manage and track projects and tasks for the team, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
  • Organize and maintain the team's calendars, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and events are scheduled with precision.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to ensure accountability across the team.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain project management systems (e.g., Canopy) to provide transparency and ensure cross-team collaboration.
  • Ensure all client communications and interactions are handled professionally and align with CommonWealth's values.
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives and manage ongoing projects to ensure they align with company goals.
  • Regularly update the team on project status, potential risks, and necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in project management and executive support roles.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Ability to design and maintain systems and SOPs for project management and task coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, including discretion, adaptability, and professionalism.
  • Experience with project management software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the team and take proactive steps to support their goals.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and adapt to the demands of a growing company.

Location:
Full-time position based in Dearborn, MI.

Availability:
Able to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year [depends on experience]
